Our Approach

One Contractor.
Every Trade.

Most renovation projects fall apart at the handoff. The designer points at the GC. The GC points at the plumber. The homeowner ends up playing referee on a job they hired someone else to run.

Lettieri Renovations works differently. Marc personally manages every project on site and coordinates the electrician, plumber, finish trades, and material selections directly. You get one phone number, one decision-maker, and a finish that looks the way it was promised.

Owner On Site

Marc walks every project, every week. You know who is running your job because he is the one running your job.

Trusted Local Trades

The electrician, plumber, and finish trades on your project are people Marc has worked with for years. No mystery subs, no rotating crews.

Honest Pricing

Detailed scopes, written allowances, and signed change orders before any new work happens. You always know what you are paying for.

The Person Running Your Project

Meet Marc Solis,
Owner

One name on the contract. One name on site.

Marc has been running renovation projects on the Connecticut Shore for six years, working out of Clinton and serving the towns from Branford to Old Lyme. He grew up around the trades and built the business on the kind of work he wanted to run himself: full-gut interior renovations, kitchens, baths, and additions where one person owns the result.

When you hire Lettieri Renovations, Marc is the person walking your job. He scopes the work, picks the trades, runs the schedule, and is on site through the punch list. No subbed-out project manager, no rotating crews, no losing track of where the project stands.

Every renovation starts with a walk-through. Tell us what you want changed and we'll tell you what it really takes. No pressure. No high-pressure sales. Just an honest conversation about your project.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Interior renovations are our focus. Kitchen and bathroom remodels, full-home gut renovations, and additions on existing homes. We also coordinate exterior work like siding and roofing through trusted local subcontractors when a project calls for it. We don't do new ground-up construction.
Most kitchen and bathroom remodels run 8 to 12 weeks once we break ground. Planning, selections, and ordering typically add 4 to 6 weeks before construction starts. We walk you through a real timeline at your consultation so you know what to expect at every stage.
No. Most homeowners come to us with a rough idea of what they want changed. We walk the space, talk through goals and budget, and bring in trade partners to scope what is realistic before any plans get drawn.
We work through detailed selections and a written scope before construction starts. Allowances are spelled out, change orders are written and signed before any work happens, and we walk you through cost trade-offs in plain language so you are never the last to know.
Marc Solis, the owner. Marc personally manages every project on site and coordinates the electrician, plumber, and finish trades directly. You get one phone number, one decision-maker, and no finger-pointing between companies.
